The Zora Butter star performs at the Oasis Banqueting in London on Friday and the Starlite in Leicester on Saturday night.

His manager William Tsandukwa told New Zimbabwe.com by telephone from Harare on Tuesday that they had received their visas and their air tickets were confirmed.

“We will be in London on Thursday. Mdara is ready and has been perfecting a new dance routine just for the tour; it will be the highlight of the year,” he said.

Davison Chimenya, a spokesman for Rollers Club – the promoters – said: “We have put everything in order, and what we need now is for people to come and enjoy themselves.

“We have left nothing to chance so that the fans have the best experience ever.”

In July, Macheso performed to packed venues across the UK with Oliver Mtukudzi – confirming him as one of Zimbabwe’s truly international stars.
