Not since Miss Zimbabwe 1997 have I seen the Harare International Conference Centre so full. There were cars on the curb, cars on the lawn, cars on the road- all the way up to Rotten Row.
Inside it was no less chaotic, but it was a happy chaos, as Hararians danced away to Tuku’s magical tunes.
