Namibian Big Brother housemate in Zimbabwe

NAMIBIAN Africa Big Brother 3 Housemate, Lucille Naobes, is in the country to host two Valentine’s dinner dances with Zimbabwean housemate, Munyaradzi ‘Munya’ Chidzonga.

Munya, who was set to present one of the Awards at Friday’s National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA), told of he delight at reuniting with his former housemate.

Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Lucille said she was thrilled to be able to come to Zimbabwe — her first visit to the country.

Asked if there was too much sex in the Big Brother house, Lucille said that the producers of the show clearly stated that there was sex, nudity and bad language in the show, so if people did watch they knew what to expect.

And Munya added: “You can’t run away from sex, it’s everywhere.” He then pulled out a condom from his pocket and said, to the amusement and shock of those present, that he always carried one with him.

He spoke about the AIDS pandemic in Africa and cautioned that we shouldn’t pretend that it’s not there. We should protect ourselves.

Lucille’s transport and accommodation was sponsored by Zimbabwe Garden Weddings which is organising the two Valentine’s dances that she and Munya will host.
