MOBILE airtime transfer start-up Senditoo is giving away a return ticket to Zimbabwe on Emirates airlines plus £500 spending money in the #Ndafungadande / #ngikhumbulekhaya competition.

To enter the draw, customers should download the Senditoo app from the Google Playstore for Android users and App Store for iOS and make their first transaction, which is free.

Using the discount code ZLTV, customers can send £2 of free airtime to any number in Zimbabwe and once their transaction is complete, they are automatically entered into the draw.  The winner will be announced on the 14th of May.

Takwana Tyaranini, Senditoo’s co-founder, said: “We’re offering our Zimbabwean customers a chance to win this amazing prize as a thank you for their massive uptake of our mobile airtime transfer service.

“Over 5000 top-ups averaging $10 were sent to Zimbabwe in the first three months of 2017. The country is our biggest destination as we’ve become the preferred platform for Zimbabweans living abroad, and this trend is increasing every day as people trust our service.”

To increase their chances of winning, customers can have multiple entries by sending a minimum of £2 top-ups.

Senditoo recently launched their super-fast app which allows users to send top-ups to mobile phones across the world in just 15 seconds.

The company has successfully penetrated the Zimbabwean, South African and Nigerian markets and is now making forays into the East and Francophone African markets.

Launched in March 2016, Senditoo has built an extensive airtime transfer network comprising about 400 mobile operators with a reach of 4.5 billion prepaid phone users in more than 140 countries, with 40 of these in Africa.

For many Zimbabweans living and working away from their home countries, staying in touch with their relatives and friends and being up to speed with important developments back home is one of their greatest needs.

Senditoo aims to keep those conversations between home and diaspora going by making it easy for those abroad to send airtime to their loved ones.

“We’ve built a service to help everyone stay connected with their family and friends and to send instant credit to mobile phones wherever they are,” Tyaranini said.

“Our new mobile app allows people to enjoy the convenience of transacting efficiently and securely while on the move.

“So, download the app, get transacting and stand a chance to win that free trip home to spend precious moments with your loved ones, or even visit your favourite tourist resort while you’re there.”
