Staff Reporter The first tremor measured 5.3 on the Richter scale and was followed by a second one measuring 5.6. They were two hours apart. No deaths or injuries were reported. Zimbabwe's state TV reported that the tremors were severe in Chipinge, where panic-stricken residents were seen running in fear. Clement Mashanda, a witness in the eastern Mutare town, said the tremor shook tall buildings in the area. "It was just minor," Mashanda said. "Only tall buildings were affected, but it was not serious at all." Esperanca Bias, Mozambique's Mineral Resources Minister said: "What is happening is that with the February 23 earthquake there was a huge move of the tectonic plates, and these aftershocks will continue until the plates stabilise." An earthquake registering 7.5 on the Richter scale struck Mozambique on February 23 and was felt in parts of Zimbabwe and South Africa. Four people, including
