BIG BROTHER diva Makosi Musambasi is in hot water with bailiffs who claim she owes money on a car loan, it was reported Monday.

The latest legal troubles came as yet another blow for the 24-year-old former cardiac nurse who has already been threatened with deportation over a breach of visa rules.

Makosi is said to have bought a £12,000 Mercedes last year and loan bosses claim she is now in arrears and have called in bailiffs, the ITN news agency reported.
Meanwhile, lawyers representing the Zimbabwean say they will lodge an appeal against her deportation “within days”.

Makosi faces deportation back to her home country within ten days.

It is understood that Makosi’s decision to appear on the Channel 4 reality show contravened the visa she used to enter the UK as a cardiac nurse.

She was taken in for questioning by police on Monday last week after being stopped in High Wycombe for not wearing a seat belt. She was subsequently probed about her visa by immigration officials.

But Makosi’s lawyer Philip Barth of law firm Penningtons, insists that the reality TV star had not broken the terms of her visa as her appearance on Big Brother could be classed as “work.”

"We were already putting together the case for her staying when the Home Office pre-empted us," he told The People.

The Big Brother star is reportedly anxious that being evicted from the country would be more frightening that being booted off the reality TV show.

"I'm really worried. There are people in my country who believe I humiliated Zimbabweans by showing my t*ts on telly," lamented Makosi.
