ZIMBABWEAN superstar Oliver Mtukudzi arrived in London Wednesday for his UK Easter tour without his luggage which has gone missing.

Mtukudzi's manager, Debbie Metcalfe, exclusively revealed to New Zimbabwe.com in an interview that a big suitcase with all Mtukudzi's clothes and other personal articles had gone missing.

"It has been a journey from hell," Metcalfe told New Zimbabwe.com. "We have been literally travelling for 24 hours after leaving Zimbabwe a bit late for South Africa...and now this!"

Metcalfe said South African Airways officials had launched a search for Tuku's missing suitcase, but was adamant that the 52-year-old was still determined to give a performance of his life on his four-stop tour.

"We are not quite sure how the bag vanished, but we have assurances from SAA officials that they will try and find it. All Tuku's stuff is in there, but he is determined to give his best as usual," she said.

Mtukudzi, touring with his daughter Selma, and son, Sam, will blitz the UK starting with London on Thursday, April 13, followed by Brighton on April 14 and Leicester on Saturday April 15.

A bonus for Tuku fans is an acoustic session to be held in Southend on Sunday, April 16 -- at half the price of normal shows.
