UK cops hunt Zimbabwean man By
Staff Reporter Dingani Mlotshwa, 32, whose asylum application was turned down, left his girlfriend blind on one eye and struggling to see on the other following the attack. Mlotshwa was featured on the BBC TV programme Crime Watch on Wednesday night. Police say they suspect he could be holed up with friends, most probably in Leeds, Hull, Coventry or Rotherham. His passport is with the Home Office, and police believe he has not skipped the UK. Police say the victim of the attack met Mlotshwa, sometimes known as 'Danny' or 'Deni', at a party in Leeds in December 2004. He was working in Hull packing medical supplies.
