UK-BASED Zimbabwe music fans are braced for a mixed bag this weekend which sees two shows by Sulumani Chimbetu and the Orchestra Dendera Kings supported by Prince K Musarurwa and the Afro Royals on his debut UK Tour.

The shows will be held in London at T Chances Music Centre on Friday night and in Birmingham at the Drum Birmingham on Saturday.

Organisers said the tickets are going for £25.

Also billed for the two nights is Freeman [HKD Boss] aka Dancehall Doctor who is no stranger to the UK revellers and has always delivered good shows.

Show promoters 2SIX3 EVENTS said:  “The Artists are ready; Sulumani and his band are more than ready and they promise an unforgettable night with some amazing dance routines and obviously hit songs here and there from Simon Chimbetu.

“Prince is also looking forward to his first UK tour and he is just as ready and also promising an amazing night of good sounds and dances.

“Dancehall Doctor is just as looking forward to this than ever before with new tracks recently released. Fans can rest assured that the HKD boss will keep them on their feet and chanting all night long.”

Also, according to organisers, fans should look forward to a duet between Sulumani and Prince K, Ka Suit Kaye, an amazing track that speaks about how “we do things in Zimbabwe when one prepares to get married”.
