Brian Nhira's Tulsa Christmas concert sells out, second show added

THE news is all good for fans of Tulsa’s Brian Nhira.

The Zimbabwe-born singer-songwriter’s Christmas at the Tulsa PAC concert, set for Dec. 22, has sold out and a second show is planned.

“Christmas at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center with my friends from The Voice is SOLD OUT!!!,” Nhira posted on his Facebook page Thursday night.

“WE ARE ADDING A SECOND SHOW.. Tickets for the 9 p.m. show on December 22nd go on saleat 10 a.m. Friday.

The concerts, which will be held in Tulsa Performing Arts Center’s Liddy Doenges Theater, will also feature his friends and fellow competitors Kristen Marie, Chelsea Gann and Malik Heard from season 10 of NBC’s “The Voice” reality TV singing competition singing pop and classic Christmas songs.

Also performing will be Tulsa’s Alaska & Madi from season six of the show, plus Tulsa performer Jesse Graver.

A popular artist and worship leader, Nhira made it to the top 20 and the live playoffs on the TV show, has been performing for years and has released several albums, available on briannhira.com and iTunes.

A graduate of Jenks High School and Oral Roberts University, he is the son of Dr. Edwell and Constance Nhira.
