BIG Brother Africa’s Maneta Mazanhi has found a way to deal with compatriot, Roki – mess with his head.
Over the last week, viewers have watched the two Zimbabweans get closer after Maneta earlier repelled Roki’s romantic advances.
Roki responded to the snub by nominating Maneta for eviction last week, but she survived the axe from the M-Net reality TV show.
Maneta branded him "unpatriotic" after she became aware that Roki had nominated her. With viewers expecting an escalation of the rivalry, Maneta did the opposite.
She jumped into bed with Roki for a late night talk and has given the singer plenty hugs, sparking speculation that she was falling for the bad-boy who is reported to have five children with different women.
Maneta told Big Brother in the Diary Room: “I’m just messing around with Roki’s head for my entertainment really. He’s falling for the bait.
"It’s like I’m fishing and he’s biting the worm. I bring him out and then throw him back into the water, and then fish again.
“It’s just fun to play with people like that.”
Maneta is sure Roki cannot see she is playing her.
“Of course not, I’m a girl. Guys don’t ever see those kind of things,” she assures herself.
Big Brother asked her if she had considered she may be beaten to her own game.
“What? No, there isn’t any chance at all. I got this under control. I’m creating this script, I’m not gonna get beaten.”
Roki, meanwhile, told Big Brother he didn't suspect Maneta was playing him.
"If she does use that against me, then I'm a fool. A happy fool," he said, clearly content with the access Maneta has been giving him.
