AJAX Cape Town head coach Roger de Sa says that Simba Sithole's presence in his side is a welcome boost to his attacking choices.

Sithole made his debut for the Urban Warriors off the bench in a league match against University of Pretoria on Sunday afternoon.

With regulars Eleazar Rodgers and Nathan Paulse unavailable because of injuries, the Ajax coach optimistic about the Zimbabwe international's potential impact in his side.

"It's not easy when you missing the likes of Paulse and Rogers but it was nice to get Simba into the game," De Sa told the club's website.

"He has been out for quite some time and showed signs that he can bring something different to our game," he added.

Ajax are currently 10th in the league with 28 points registered after 22 matches.
