Staying put ... Zhaimu Jambo

ZIMBABWE international and Kaiser Chiefs left-back Zhaimu Jambo says he would consider moving abroad if an opportunity became available.

But the 22-year-old defender insists that for the moment, and as long as he is plying his trade in the South African premiership, Chiefs are the only team he will ever play for.

The Zimbabwean became a Glamour Boy at the beginning of the current season and says he is amazed at the treatment he enjoys at the club.

"I will welcome an opportunity to go overseas one day when the chance comes, but as long as I'm in South Africa I will be a Chiefs player.

"This team is very professional and I will never leave, unless it is to go overseas," Jambo told a South African football website.

"This is my home and I want to stay for a very long time," Jambo said. "I don't complain about anything here."

Jambo, who has previously played for Harare giants Dynamos and current champions, Gunners is one of four Zimbabweans on Chiefs’ books.

Other Zimbabweans at the Johannesburg-based giants include fellow defender, Thomas Svesve, midfielder, Tinashe Nengomasha and striker knowledge Musona.
