TROUBLED former Highlanders and FC Platinum midfielder Joel Ngodzo has resurfaced at Caps United, hoping to impress new coach Mark Harrison.

After training with Bulawayo City Golden Lions last week, Ngodzo packed his bags for Harare and was seen on Friday in the company of Caps officials during the launch of the club’s sponsorship deal.

Club president Twine Phiri said they wanted to offer him a two year deal.

“I will offer him a two year with an option of another year, I believe he can start afresh and hopefully by next (this) week, we should have finalised that,” Phiri said.

Ngodzo, if signed, will be reunited with his former boss at Highlanders Mark Mathe, who has joined the Caps United technical bench as one of the assistant coaches.
