Expected to leave Chelsea ... Oscar

Liverpool will sell Mario Balotelli in order to buy Radamel Falcao, while Juergen Klopp's surprise availability hasn't swayed Manchester City.

Liverpool selling Balotelli to fund Falcao deal

LIVERPOOL want Radamel Falcao and will take a big loss on Mario Balotelli so they can bring the Colombian in, according to The Star. Several teams want Balotelli, but not at the £16 million price that Liverpool paid for him.

If the Reds want Falcao, though, they need to sell Balotelli. They'll do just that, taking what they can get for him so they can finalise the purchase of Falcao, who can be had for £25m.

Manchester City still want Pep, and face still competition if they go for Klopp

Manchester City are still holding out hope that they can lure Pep Guardiola from Bayern Munich, according to The Mirror.

The Spanish manager has said that he wants to spend another year at Bayern, but that's not dissuading the Citizens.

If City can't nab Guardiola, they may turn their attention to Juergen Klopp, who announced on Wednesday that he will leave Borussia Dortmund this summer. But Napoli also want Klopp and they will compete with City for the manager.

Chelsea eyeing Godin

Jose Mourinho wants a central defender this summer and he has turned his attention to Diego Godin, the Mirror reports.

Chelsea would like to sign Raphael Varane, but Real Madrid are unlikely to sell the 21-year-old so the Blues need to look elsewhere.

The Mirror says that Chelsea are considering Godin if they can't get Varane, and his £28.5m release clause makes him available, even if Atletico Madrid don't want to lose him.

Arsenal may need to offer Milner a four-year contract

Arsenal want James Milner, but The Evening Standard claims that the Gunners may have to give him a four-year contract if they are to sign him.

The 29-year-old midfielder has rejected a three-year deal with Manchester City for £80,000-per-week and several clubs are interested in signing him on a free this summer.

That includes Arsenal and the length of the deal may end up be the determining factor in where he lands.

Chelsea could sell Oscar, buy Enner Valencia

Oscar's time at Chelsea could come to an end this summer. The Mirror says that the Blues are considering selling the Brazilian and buying West Ham's Enner Valencia to replace him.

Oscar has fallen in Jose Mourinho's eyes, being substituted regularly as he fails to show the work rate his manager requires.

Meanwhile, Valencia has done nothing but impress since joining West Ham before the season.
