CAPS United have been drawn to face defending champions Ngezi Platinum in the Chibuku Super Cup.

Ngezi Platinum, coached by former Dynamos coach Tonderai Ndiraya, won the Chibuku Super Cup trophy last season. And this season they will be looking to win a league and cup double as they are strong contenders in the championship race.

And Caps United, known as Cup Kings, will be looking to prove a point according to the draw conducted in Harare yesterday.

Both teams see this as an opportunity to play in Africa.

The Chibuku Super Cup is the biggest knock out tournament in the country and the winner of the prestigious cup will represent the country in the African safari.

Highlanders have been paired against Harare City while Dynamos will face off Bulawayo City with FC Platinum taking on Chapungu.

Log leaders Chicken Inn will play the winner between Hwange and Yadah FC while Black Rhinos will play against Triangle.
