IT’S OFFICIAL! Dynamos hitman Denver Mukamba is the 2012 Zimbabwe Footballer of the Year. Mukamba was crowned at a lavish ceremony in Harare on Friday night and walked away with a money prize of $5,000. The Dynamos player won the country’s top soccer gong after brushing off strong-willed rivalry from Highlanders striker Masimba Mambare who took the first runner-up prize. Mambare pocketed $3,000. Monomotapa's Ronald Chitiyo became second runner-up and got $2,000. Dynamos' double-winning coach Kalisto Pasuwa was named Coach of the Year. The Goalkeeper of the Year accolade went to Highlanders' Arail Sibanda.
