REFUND POLICY

Subscriptions: - Cancellation Policy & Our 15 Day Money Back Guarantee

Not compromising on our products and service quality and delivery, we believe you as a customer has the right to cancel you order or to change your mind. With all new orders and purchases of New Zimbabwe Media Ltd products and services, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then you can cancel and request a refund at any time within 15 days of your purchase.

All refunds are subject to our standard refunds policy below. This guarantee is not available for upgrades, newspaper and online advertising.


Subscriptions - Refund Policy

If you feel you require a refund (e.g. you wish to use our money back guarantee, the order was made by mistake, etc) you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.

Although the final decision is at our discretion, we will not refuse a refund without good reason. If you are an annual subscriber, you will be entitled to a refund of any full months remaining on your subscription. So, for example, if you choose to cancel your subscription after five-and-a-half months, you will receive a refund for the six unused months.

If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account or to your credit/debit card or by cheques or online transfer.
