TRIANGLE FC welcome back from injury three players ahead of Sunday’s league meeting with Dynamos at the National Sports Stadium.
The Lowveld side have been boosted by the recovery of defender Jimmy Tigere as well as midfielders Hillary Bakacheza and Richard Kawondera who missed last weekend’s 2-1 home loss to How Mine.
Coach Kelvin Kaindu said they will take full advantage of the trio’s availability to ensure a positive result.
“This is a major boost for us because these guys are very important members of the team. We hope their presence will help us get a good result,” Kaindu said.
The defeat to How Mine was a second straight one, having also lost to FC Platinum in the previous game.
This has seen Kaindu’s side slide from the top of the standings to position four.
“I think failing to collect maximum points in our last two games will motivate us to do well.
“It gives us the zeal to get back to the position where we were. We hope we can win and regain our confidence,” Kaindu said.
The Zambian coach has never beaten Dynamos since his days as Highlanders gaffer.
He will be facing Dynamos coach David Mandigora for the first time ever, having previously squared off against Callisto Pasuwa.
Saturday Results: Chicken Inn FC 3-0 Buffaloes FC, FC Platinum 2-2 Highlanders FC, Flame Lily FC 1-2 Dongo Sawmill FC
