FC Platinum 0-1 Highlanders
Triangle 1-2 Dynamos
Caps United 1-0 Chapungu
IT WAS fruitful weekend for the Big Three in the Castle Premiership as they all came up with maximum points in games played on Sunday.
Dynamos staged a remarkable second half performance to score twice through an Augustine Mbara penalty in the 56th minute before Washington Pakamisa scored the winner 13 minutes later.
Triangle had taken the lead in the 30th minute through Praise Tonha, but Dynamos were a changed team in the second half as they sought to put their in-house problems aside.
Dynamos returned to the top with 39 points, one ahead of Highlanders and ZPC Kariba and two ahead of fourth placed Caps United.
In the last two weeks, Dynamos have seen veteran skipper Murape Murape and Rodreck Mutuma being suspended for fighting at training and secretary general Webster Chikengezha making strong indications that he is quitting the club.
The Harare giants were also booted out of the Chibuku Super Cup by Black Rhinos before losing to the same side in a league match while last Thursday, they drew 1-1 against Hwange at Rufaro Stadium.
At Mandava Stadium, Norman Mapeza got a rude awakening at the hands of Bulawayo giants Highlanders.

Barely had he taken his seat -180 seconds to be precise – than Platinum’s former striker Charles Sibanda struck the priceless goal for Bosso, his 12th of the season and one that would secure maximum points and second spot.
It was Bosso’s third 1-0 win, having beaten Shabanie Mine in the first round of the Chibuku Super Cup and Triangle last Thursday.
For Mapeza it was his first loss in three matches since taking over from Lloyd Mutasa having managed to take Platinum into the second round of the Chibuku Super Cup and a 1-0 against Black Rhinos last Thursday.
Platinum are sixth on the league standings with 31 points, but Chicken Inn, after their third win in three games on Saturday, are closing the gap, as they now have 30 points with nine games of the season remaining.
At Rufaro, Ronald Pfumbidzai’s in-swinger of a corner kick was touched home by Chapungu’s Charles Mativenga to give Caps United a 1-0 over the Gweru-based side and some measure of revenge after the Harare side were whacked 3-0 in the reverse fixture at Ascot.Advertisement

The win saw Caps remain in fourth place with 37 points, one behind Saturday leaders ZPC Kariba and two behind Dynamos.
At the Colliery, Hwange kept abreast of the proceedings at the top when Alick Marime struck the solitary goal against basement side Chiredzi to remain fifth with 34 points.
