CAPS United have confirmed the signing of ZPC Kariba and 2014 Soccer Star of the Year Dennis Dauda and left-back Ronald Pfumbidzai who re-joins the club after an unsuccessful spell at Danish side Hobro IK.
It is however the signing of Dauda that has stressed United’s seriousness to bring back glory days.
He joins a central defence that appeared steely last season with Stephen Makatuka and Carlton Munzabwa outstanding.
Pfumbidzai returns to United after spending six months at Hobro where he flopped and released from his contract before deciding to retrace his roots.
Caps United Chief executive officer Joe Makuvire confirmed the capture of the dup but could not shed more light on the deals.
“Yes it is true that we have signed Dauda and Ronny (Pfumbidzai). They are our players now. But get more information from our president (Farai Jere) because I am on leave right now,” Makuvire said.Advertisement
