A BIG South African PSL club is still interested in Mpumalanga Black Aces striker, Tendai Ndoro, despite the not-for-sale tag that has been put on the player by his club.
It was recently revealed that Ndoro attracted interest from Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United.
According to a source close to the player, one of the big clubs is showing serious interest in the player, with a view to sign him in this transfer window.
“One of the big three clubs are very keen on him. We will know what happens by the end of the week. There could be something happening,” said the source.
Asked for comment, the Zimbabwean distanced himself from any transfer news, and directed all the enquiries to his agent at P Management.
“I am a Mpumalanga Black Aces player. Forget about the rumours. You know what, as for Pirates and Sundowns, I won’t say anything. I will let my guys (P Management) talk about it,” said Ndoro.
Ndoro scored seven league goals for Aces since joining AmaZayoni in January. He came on for Cuthbert Malajila in the second half in the 2-2 draw between Zimbabwe and Tanzania last weekend.
Meanwhile, Chippa United have completed the signing of Zimbabwean defender Eric Chipeta.
Chipeta – who stood firm for the Warriors in central defence during the CHAN finals earlier this year – currently turns out for Hwange in his homeland.
“We have completed the signing of three players and one of them is the defender from Zimbabwe. He has signed a two-year deal,” says Chippa CEO, Peter Koutroulis.Advertisement
