Dynamos coach says not panicking after Chicken Inn rout

DYNAMOS coach Jorge Paulo Silva is not pressing panic buttons after his side succumbed to a 3-0 defeat to Chicken Inn, in last Saturday’s league opener at Barbourfields Stadium.
It was a horrible start for Dynamos and Silva got a rude introduction to PSL life in humiliating fashion against the defending champions.
A solid second half performance carried the day for Chicken Inn who grabbed all their goals in that stanza with Obadiah Tarumbwa netting a brace while Tafadzwa Kutinyu added his name on the score sheet.
But Silva spears unshaken by the heavy defeat and insists they will pick up.
“We gave everything in the first half but Chicken Inn came stronger in the second half, even though I tried to put a solid defence. Chicken Inn played well and deserved to win,” Silva said.
“But all in all I am happy with my boys’ performance. They gave their all and did their best. I have some super boys with me here. From the way they played, I have hope that we will do well in the next game.
This was just the start but there is always time to improve.” Dynamos will be at home in their next game in which they host Triangle on Sunday.
They will be facing former coach David Mandigora who worked with most of their players last season.
