NEWLY set up Zimbabwe National Lawyers Forum (ZNLF) will be holding a public lecture on the Marriage Act and inheritance laws at its first free legal clinic in Bindura. 

The legal clinic will be held at Chipadze High School on Saturday where practising lawyers are expected to share legal advice with the public. 

Law students from ZAOGA’s Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) will also be in attendance according to the institution’s spokesperson Elatone Bonongwe. 

“Amongst our key objectives is to ensure access to justice by all in Zimbabwe hence the free legal mobile clinic,” said Bonongwe. 

“This is the first of its kind in Mashonaland Central. Besides practising lawyers, the programme has roped in law students from ZEGU. 

“Lawyers will be giving free legal advice so as to assist in resolving issues affecting our communities.”
