Hardrock FC have completed the signing of highly-rated Highlanders forward Mongameli Tshuma, with the talented youngster set to join the club at the end of the 2026 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season.
Tshuma has been one of Highlanders’ standout performers this season, playing a pivotal role in the Bulawayo giants’ positive run in both league and cup competitions.
Under the agreement, the forward will remain at Bosso for the rest of the campaign before completing his move to Hardrock FC ahead of next season.
Hardrock FC chairman Wellington Mpandare confirmed the deal but said Tshuma remains fully committed to Highlanders until the end of the season.
“For now we cannot say much, but Mongameli is now a Hardrock player.
“He will join the team at the end of the season, but as of now he is a Highlanders player,” Mpandare said.
Tshuma had attracted interest from several Premier Soccer League clubs, including CAPS United and Scottland FC, but Hardrock FC won the race for his signature after meeting Highlanders’ transfer demands.
The agreement allows Highlanders to retain the services of one of their key players as they continue their pursuit of silverware before he completes his move to Hardrock FC at the conclusion of the season.
