A DEFIANT Hopewell Chin’ono appeared at Harare Magistrates’ Court Thursday where he challenged court officials why he was appearing before the anti-corruption court instead of the criminal court as he was facing a criminal.

Chin’ono was arrested Tuesday on charges of defeating the course of justice.
