MILLERS on Thursday rolled out their distribution of stocks of subsidised mealie-meal to shops in Harare in an arrangement supported by the Zimbabwe Republic Police which provided security during both delivery and purchase.
This was meant to limit the movement of people into Harare’s CBD and other parts of the city while hunting for the staple.
