PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa brought traffic and weekend shopping sprees to a halt in the Midlands city of Kwekwe after an impromptu visit to a local supermarket ‘to check prices of basic commodities.”
Zanu PF supporters chanting the party’s slogans and waxing lyrical about Mnangagwa’s leadership qualities and shrewd political style besieged the shop following their leader.
The Zanu PF leader spent a few minutes chatting to supermarket staff before leaving for his farm in on the outskirts of the city.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa made a stop-over at an OK supermarket in Kwekwe on Saturday "to check prices" of basic commodities.
