SOUTH African Airways has teamed up with the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) London office to offer discounted fares to Harare from the United Kingdom.
Known for its beautiful, Jacaranda tree-lined avenues, Harare was named by The New York Times as one of the 52 places to visit in 2015.
A vibrant city packed with culture, craft markets and hip bars, Harare serves as an ideal starting point to explore the rest of Zimbabwe.
“South African Airways is announcing the new discounted fares from London to Harare from £599 return, saving £200 on the typical fare,” the airline said in a statement.
Felicia Munjaidi from the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority UK office added: “Harare is a key tourist city with great opportunities for growth and development and lots of places to see and chill out.
“A return fare on South African Airways allows you to experience this vibrant urban appeal. Come and hear our story!”
Travellers can purchase the discounted fares for travel between now and until 13th July 2015 and then for travel from 19th August to 12th December 2015, to experience the urban appeal of Harare.
The national carrier for South Africa, SAA offers double daily flights to Johannesburg from London Heathrow’s newest Terminal 2, and onto Harare up to three times per day.
SAA also has daily services into Victoria Falls and daily partner services with Airlink to Bulawayo. Advertisement
