Unstoppable ZPC Kariba stun Hwange

Hwange 0-2 ZPC Kariba
THERE is no stopping ZPC Kariba.
IN the absence of their head coach Saul Chaminuka, who is attending a CAF C Licence course in Harare, ZPC played an attacking brand of football and were awarded with two goals in the first half that saw them move into second place on the Castle Lager Premiership standings.
Tembo Chuma, born and raised in Hwange, took charge of ZPC while Brian Njobvu stood in for Hwange boss Nation Dube, who is also in Harare.
But Njobvu came second best against Chuma, who spent a year under Kelvin Kaindu at Highlanders.
And it was a day for the veterans as Artwell Nyamiwa struck a sweet volley on the run on the left side of the Colliery in the 26th minute to leave Takudzwa Mawaya standing akimbo.
Then Limited Chikafa was left unmarked inside the box and turned swiftly to rifle the ball past the diving Mawaya in the 37th minute.
That summed a good trip from Kariba, more than a 1000km away, as Hwange suffered their third defeat in a row.

Didn’t need to be there … ZPC Kariba coach Saul Chaminuka missed the game
