ZPC Kariba will play their first match at Nyamhunga Stadium in the resort town on Saturday when they host FC Platinum in a Castle Premiership match.
The stadium, under construction from last year when the team was promoted into the top flight, was finally approved by a Zifa Grounds Committee last week and residents of Kariba will get their first taste of Premiership football in almost 17 months.
Previously, the stadium has hosted Mbada Diamonds Cup matches years back, but this is the first time that it will host Premiership matches.
Meanwhile, leaders Chicken Inn are away to Hwange at the Colliery while high flying Chapungu welcome Flame Lily to Ascot Stadium in Gweru.
Buffaloes will be at home to Harare City on the same day.
There are no league matches in Harare this Sunday as the Young Warriors will be playing Swaziland in the first leg of the Under 23 Championships.
But there will be four matches elsewhere, with Highlanders’ underfire coach Bongani Mafu hoping for better returns against Whahwa after last Sunday’s 2-1 loss to Chicken Inn that left his job hanging by a thread.
Triangle, who lost 3-2 to FC Platinum, are back at Gibbo for a tie against equally wounded How Mine who were downed 1-0 by Dynamos at Barbourfields on Sunday.
Winless Dongo Sawmill will be hoping to capitalise on Caps United’s problems when they host the limping former champions at Vhengere Stadium.
Defending champions Dynamos will round up Match Day 11 with an easy home time against struggling Tsholotsho at Rufaro on Monday.
