POLICE fired teargas to respond to some missile throwing Dynamos fans who could not stomach seeing their team trail to Yadah in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match that ended 1-1 at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Meanwhile, fellow premiership giants Highlanders also played to a 2-2 draw with Chicken Inn in a Bulawayo derby.
But the talking point was at Rufaro in which chaos led to a brief stoppage of the match after police threw teargas in attempts to contain skirmishes.
Yadah captain Jimmy Dzingai also had his own controversial moment when he threw back a missile in the stands leading to his earning a red card.
Now playing 10 men, Dynamos took the opportunity to level the scores ending the encounter in a 1 all draw.
It was Dynamos’ third draw this season while they have lost 3 matches in 6 premiership appearances so far.
